These dolls are for adults only, do not allow children or pets to play with them. They contain wire and have decorations that could be harmful and cause injuries.

 

Do not put in water, the materials will damage. Keep away from fire as they can be flammable.

 

Please treat your doll with care, I do not take any responsiblity once your doll has been sent out.

All sales are final once they have been shipped.

 

However, if your item is damaged and it is my fault, please contact me. I am happy to discuss so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping delays, lost or damaged items once a package is in transit as this is then entirely out of my control but I will do whatever I can to help resolve any issues with the courier.
